Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Fragrance Nevaeh collects when you use fragrance-nevaeh.au, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are.

Who we are

Fragrance Nevaeh runs this website and is responsible for your personal information. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at fragrancenevaehuk@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, the items you buy and your order history.
  • Account details: if you create an account, your login email and saved addresses.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
  • Reviews: the name and review you submit, which are shown publicly on the product page.
  • Photos: pictures of your order that you send us. We show them on the website only if you give permission.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
  • Website usage: your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar tools (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

Payments

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

  • To fulfil your order: taking payment, packing and delivering your parcel, and handling returns and refunds. We need this information to carry out our contract with you.
  • To email you about your order: your order confirmation, dispatch and tracking updates, and replies about returns or refunds. Every customer receives these emails because they are part of the order, not marketing. Legal reason: our contract with you.
  • To answer you: replying to questions and resolving problems with an order. Legal reason: our legitimate interest in helping our customers.
  • To keep records: the law requires us to keep order records for tax and accounting. Legal reason: a legal obligation.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure. Legal reason: our legitimate interest in protecting the shop and our customers.
  • To improve the website and measure our advertising: understanding how visitors use the site and which adverts bring people to it. Legal reason: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the shop performs.
  • To send marketing emails: only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time. Legal reason: your consent.
  • To remind you about your basket: if you start checkout and enter your email address but do not finish, we may send you up to three reminder emails about your basket. Each one has an unsubscribe link. Legal reason: our legitimate interest in helping you complete an order you started.
  • To show customer photos: only with your permission, and we remove a photo if you ask. Legal reason: your consent.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the following, and only as far as they need it:

  • Stripe, to process your payment.
  • Our warehouse and delivery companies, to pack and deliver your order. They receive your name, address, phone number and order contents.
  • Website service providers that host, secure and speed up the website and send our emails.
  • Analytics and advertising providers listed under “Cookies and tracking”.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Sending information outside the UK

Orders are currently packed and sent from our warehouse in the USA. This means your name, delivery address, phone number and order details are sent to the USA so that we can deliver your order. Some of the service providers listed above are also based outside the UK, mainly in the USA.

Sending your delivery details to our warehouse is necessary to deliver your order. Where our service providers handle personal information outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards that UK data protection law provides for, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contract terms approved for UK data transfers.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

  • Essential cookies, which keep items in your basket, keep you logged in and make checkout work.
  • Analytics tools: Jetpack Stats, which counts visits and page views, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move around pages (for example clicks and scrolling) so we can improve the site.
  • Advertising tools: the TikTok Pixel and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which tell us whether our adverts lead to visits and orders and help show our adverts to people likely to be interested.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the basket and checkout may not work.

How long we keep it

  • Order records: up to six years, for tax and accounting.
  • Messages and enquiries: up to two years.
  • Account details: until you ask us to delete your account.
  • Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information, where we no longer need to keep it;
  • stop or limit how we use it, including for marketing;
  • send your information to you or another company in a common format.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object to that use.

To use any of these rights, email fragrancenevaehuk@gmail.com. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
