Are your perfumes genuine?

Yes. Every item is an original product from the brand, brand new, sealed and boxed. We never sell testers, copies or “inspired by” perfumes. Read more on our authenticity page.

Why are your prices lower than in department stores?

We buy original products through international wholesale channels, where they cost less than standard UK retail, and we pass that saving on to you.

How much is delivery?

Free on UK orders over £50, and £5.99 on orders under £50.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 working days. If an item is not in our warehouse when you order, it takes 8 to 12 working days. See Delivery.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

No. All duties and taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order is tracked, and we email you a tracking link when it is on its way.

Where do you deliver?

UK addresses only for now.

Can I return a perfume?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened and still sealed. See Returns & Refunds.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if you can. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including return postage.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
