Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
Orders under £50 pay a flat £5.99 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 working days.

Now and then an item is not in our warehouse when you order it. Those orders take 8 to 12 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays.

No customs charges

Orders are sent from our international warehouse. All duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. When your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link.
