Refund and Returns Policy

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just tell us by email (fragrancenevaehuk@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+44 7454 740258) within those 14 days.

To be returned, perfumes must be unopened, unused and still in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of fragrances that have been opened or had the seal or cellophane removed.

How to return
1. Contact us first and we’ll send you the return address and your order reference.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
3. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, you pay for the return postage.

Refunds
We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back. If you return the whole order within the 14 days, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if possible. We’ll replace the item or give you a full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
